Sheet cutting

Here we convert the adhesive tape into sheets. These can be cut in widths of up to 900 mm - in length according to customer requirements. Up to four materials in one operation are possible.

Rewind slitting

Rewind slitting is the process of cutting the large rolls of adhesive tape into narrower rolls and at the same time rewound onto another core – depending on the core size and the length and width of the required material. Our slitting machines process rolls with an outer diameter of up to 600 mm. Widths from 1.5 to 1550 mm and 2" or 3" cores are possible.

Lathe slitting

With lathe slitting, the material is cut into narrower rolls and simultaneously rewound onto another core – depending on the core size and the length and width the customer needs the material. The machine processes rolls with an outer diameter of up to 800 mm. Roll widths from 20 to 1010 mm are feasible.
