What do you mean by complete application documents?
In order to assess your application in the best possible way, we only need your CV and other relevant documents such as certificates and certificates of additional individual qualifications. Please also always let us know your earliest possible starting date.

What is the best way to apply?

Are the job advertisements on the inno tape website still vacant?
Our job advertisements are updated daily and are all vacant. We do not usually have application deadlines – vacancies that have already been filled are immediately removed from the website.

How long before the planned date of recruitment should I apply?
As the review and selection process of applications takes time, please always apply as early as possible for the advertised position.

How can i be sure that my application has been received?
If you apply by e-mail or post, you will always receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

Can I also send in a speculative application?
You are very welcome to send us a speculative application if the right position is not available at the moment. We will be happy to stock up our applicant pool with qualified and interesting applicants and will contact you if necessary.

How long will my documents be stored?
Unsolicited applications remain in the pool with the applicant's consent if there is no vacancy.

How does the application process proceed at INNO TAPE?
Your application documents will first be viewed by the personnel management and then by the respective department. This can take some time, but we are of course anxious to give you a prompt response.

If you fit our profile, we will invite you to an interview. This usually takes place with our HR department and the team leader of the relevant department. On average, the interview lasts about an hour.

If the interview is positive for both sides, we will arrange a trial period, depending on the position to be filled. This gives both sides the opportunity to get to know each other better than is possible in a single interview.

After the interview or work trial, you will usually receive a decision from us very quickly.

Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
You are welcome to apply for several positions at the same time. Please adapt your cover letter accordingly – we need to know why you are the right person for both positions. You do not have to send us a separate application for each vacancy.

When should I apply for the training?
As soon as we start the new application round for our apprenticeships, the job advertisements are available on our website. Most of the time we already start in the previous year.

When does the training start?
Training at INNO TAPE usually starts on 1 August or 1 September.

How long does the training last?

• Industrial clerk: 3 years
• Warehouse logistics specialist: 3 years
• Machine and plant operator: 2 years

What requirements do I have to fulfil for a training?
That depends entirely on the training occupation. The respective requirements can be found in the information on the training programmes.

Is there an age limit for applying for an training position?
It would be an advantage to be of age at the start of the training, but it is not decisive. Otherwise, there are no limits.

Is it possible to do an internship at INNO TAPE?
We also offer internships. You can do a work placement during the holidays or as part of your school education at the Fachoberschule Wirtschaft.

How can I prepare for the personal interview?
It is definitely an advantage to find out about INNO TAPE in advance. You should be familiar with the requirements and tasks related to the training for which you have applied, and your own expectations should be clear. Applicants should not be shy about telling us about their private life, e.g. hobbies, and of course they are welcome to ask us questions.

Can I do a stay abroad during my training?
It is possible to complete a stay abroad in cooperation with our customers/suppliers for all offered apprenticeships, if the trainee shows a certain amount of initiative.

Can I write my final dissertation during my studies at INNO TAPE?
Generally, this is always possible. After consultation, it can be clarified whether a suitable project is currently available for the respective student.
